All your complaints, suggestions, ideas and commendations can be sent by fax, number 032 650 401 or by phone 032 650 600.

Your complaints, suggestions, ideas and commendations will be considered by a person responsible for the sector you complained about or made suggestions to.Depending on the case of the need, reply will be sent in a written form within 10 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, your complaint can be sent to the general manager’s office where it will be considered and given a final reply. 

In case you want to get a reply for you complaint, suggestion or idea, please state your name, surname and your address in the form. If you don’t do this your complaint will be considered but we will not be able to deliver our reply.
